Using Snagto

Snagto is a Windows application for capturing and organizing text, links, images, and notes. You are responsible for the content you capture and for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the apps and services you use it with.

Snagto Pro

Snagto Pro is a one-time purchase priced at $14.99 unless a different price is shown at checkout. A valid license key unlocks the Pro features described on the website for the licensed user.

Payments and activation

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. After payment, you may receive a license key that can be entered manually in Snagto. License activation and deactivation require an internet connection. Do not share your license key publicly or use it to provide unauthorized access to the app.

License

Snagto Pro is licensed for personal use by the purchaser. A Snagto Pro license may be activated on one device at a time. You may move your license to another device by deactivating it on the current device and activating it on the new device. If you no longer have access to the previous device, you may contact Snagto support for assistance releasing the previous activation.

Snagto does not continuously verify licenses after activation. License status is stored locally on the device, and Snagto Pro is designed to continue working offline. You may not resell, share, distribute, or otherwise transfer your license key except as expressly permitted by Snagto.

License Activation

License activation is managed through our payment and licensing provider. Activation limits may be enforced when a license is activated. Deleting or releasing an activation does not cancel or refund the underlying purchase.

Availability

We work to keep Snagto available and functional, but the app depends on Windows, supported accessibility APIs, and other software outside our control. Some applications or secure controls may not expose their selections for capture.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snagto is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or application, or that captured content will always be available or preserved. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snagto and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, content, profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of Snagto. Snagto's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Snagto Pro during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation will not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
